Devon Coastal Cottages, are a niche Holiday Cottage booking agent based within the heart of South Devon. The directors Edward and Kim Willis who both live and work in South Devon with their own holiday cottages decided after five years with a mainstream national agent that they could be more competitive with pricing and be more flexible on dates than the larger national agents. Having had enough of the endlessly increasing booking fees, chargeable extras for guests and large commissions that are paid to mainstream agents both by the holiday cottage owner and the guests; and trying to compete with the emerging short-break market fuelled by the flexibility of the AirBnB market saw that an opportunity presented itself for direct bookings with owners at sustainable prices. And so Devon Coastal Cottages came about. Holiday cottages near the coast in glorious South Devon.

With our expertise in digital marketing and our experience in Holiday Cottage ownership and management we offer a more targeted advertising reach and provide a better all round experience for cottage guests at more competitive rates. For holiday cottage owners we can offer a streamlined service, targeted digital marketing and with lower overheads, we offer more competitive commission rates than some of the national agents.
