Booking/Refund Policy during Covid 19
For all bookings that take place from January 2021 to March 2021
- Deposit of 20% due at time of booking.
- Balance due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
- If it’s more than 2 weeks from arrival date then we will give a full refund of deposit and cancel booking regardless of circumstances.
- If there’s a local lockdown in an area that prevents the guest from travelling from their area - but our area is not subject to travel restrictions we will move/credit your booking.
- If there’s a full lockdown where we are not allowed to open in our area - we will refund in full or credit towards another week - whatever you prefer.
