"Jasmine Cottage was a charming little house (the middle terrace of three properties) tucked into a beautiful valley, surrounded by gorgeous wild gardens with views down to the sea at Hallsands. It's an ideal location if you want to get off the beaten track and hear nothing but birdsong and sheep! Be aware that's quite a drive down long and winding single track roads to reach it. Perfect for accessing the South Devon coastal path on foot. Great to be able to bring a dog. The house is simple and just want is needed - well-equipped kitchen, log burner in the cosy sitting room, outdoor seating area. Bring all your provisions so you can avoid getting back in the car to go shopping! Kim was very quick to reply to messages with offers of help if needed. Recommended without hesitation!"

"Lovely stay and location although was slightly isolated if you weren't prepared food etc . dishwasher would be a useful addition later check out time would be nice 10am a little early 11-12 would have made departure more leisurely but it was a lovely break in a lovely place and accommodation cosy . Cricket Inn in Beesands was a nice surprise and food was great."

Jasmine Cottage was the perfect home away from home for our short break. A well-kept, clean, and cosy space in a breathtaking location. Plenty of walking, spots to stand and take in the dramatic landscape, and superb local towns to pleasantly pass the time - all just a short walk or drive away. Would happily return to this wonderful cottage!

"We spent two nights at Jasmine Cottage 14-16/12/18... It’s exactly as shown in the photographs. My initial impression on opening the door was how clean everything was, all sparkling and lovely. The cottage itself is cute and a little quirky which was fun. The kitchen is really well kitted out (although I opted not to cook). The living room with the wood burning stove was well appointed and comfortable. The weather however was miserable! But there were a couple of benefits to this - we probably spent more time than we would have done enjoying the cottage/playing the various games we found/working out how to actually light a fire...and we only ventured out for a relatively short walk along the coastal path to The Cricketers - the food there was fantastic and the people were so nice... they took pity on us and gave us a lift back. All in all, we’d look to return in any weather."

"A lovely cottage in a beautiful picturesque location. Well equipped, lovely comfy bed, lovely towels, warm powerful shower. Well set up for children, kiddies cutlery, cot, high chair and plenty of toys and books. Would definitely stay again, we loved it, thanks Kim, especially for being so responsive with takeaway suggestions when we forgot our tea"

"My mum, dog and I stayed for two nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. Close to great coast path walks, easy to reach Hallsands and start point on foot. Quiet, and cosy at night with the wood burner. The kitchen is really well equipped with every thing you could need. Definitely recommended!"
