Rose Cottage is an end of terrace coastal cottage situated on a non-working farm in the South Hams, Devon. Equidistant from the beautiful coastal towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. It is one cottage within a group of four situated at Lamacraft Farm, less than a mile by footpath from the beautiful beach of North Hallsands which links up in both directions for the stunning South West Coast Footpath from Hallsands beach, either towards the fishing village of Beesands or the iconic Start Point Lighthouse and onwards to Lannacombe beach, East Prawle and East Portlemouth. With super fast broadband to premises 50-70Mbps you can work from home even on holiday!

There are sea views and stunning skies over Start Bay from the gardens. This is an awe inspiring dramatic coastline with lots of beautiful beaches and little coves to explore. If you enjoy walking or running the coastal path it's the ideal spot to explore from. If you have a four legged friend to take on holiday then you'll be delighted with the amount of walks and beaches that you can do in the Start Point area. All of the beaches within a mile and a half radius of Rose Cottage are dog friendly all year round, along with our local restaurants and pubs too. There are so many beautiful places to explore from here! 

Woodstove includes first basket of logs. Logs are also available to buy onsite.

Own gated and fenced (so great for dogs!) outside gravelled back patio area with table and chairs. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Entrance at the back through gravelled garden area. Check-in time is 4.30pm unless you have made prior arrangement.

Dogs are charged at £25 per booking per dog.
Towels are not included and are charged at £10 per person.

"The cottage is clean and welcoming and very well equipped. For anyone who loves walking it is in a perfect position with far reaching views and a beautiful environment. You do need to follow the owner's directions the first time to find it as it is really out on its own among the coastal hills but well worth the drive! I would certainly recommend this and would be happy to go there again"
