"We had such a fabulous holiday in this cottage , the extra wood burner in the conservatory was a real bonus and we spent every evening in there. We brought our own logs but you can buy them from the wood shed for future reference. The cottage was cosy , spacious and well equipped for our needs, and the costal walks in this area were amazing , I defiantly recommend walking to the cricket inn the food is lovely and they are pet friendly. Many thanks for your hospitality!"

"Excellent cottage, everything we needed. Dog friendly. Close to coastal path. Only thing to be aware of are the narrow country lanes."

Lama Farm Cottages are beautiful cottages basically in the middle of no where. We stayed in Wisteria Cottage and were in awe the moment we walked in. Standing in the lovely conservatory we had panoramic views of beautiful hillside farmland and the coast. If you are planning a walking holiday, so basically parking the car up and not using it until you leave, this is most definitely the place for you. The costal path is amazing, beautiful and breath taking. I was fortunate enough to be able to do many walks, with and without my dogs, who also came along for a holiday, and take in the scenery. If on the other hand you’re looking for a base to drive to and from, which we also did as a member of the party could not walk miles, I personally don’t think this is the place. The roads around the area are single lane roads. It took 35 minutes to drive to the nearest town which was 7 miles away. The cottage it’s self was clean and comfortable. It is surrounded with a few acres of land to explore therefore a great location for dogs. I would love to say I would go back but it was not the ideal location for my family’s holiday, but again, the cottage was beautiful."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this stunning setting. It was perfect for walking, in either direction, along the beautiful coast path, and the grounds of the property are well designed for a quick dog walk at either end of the day. The owners are gradually reclaiming the garden which has some lovely secret areas, great for children. We were close to some really nice beaches, and also fairly near to Salcombe and Dartmouth, both of which we visited for day trips. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and just what we were hoping for, the only thing we missed having was a dishwasher; we were prepared for the intermittent WiFi, from previous comments, so this was not a problem for us."

"My sisters and I have just come back from a fabulous weekend at Wisteria cottage which was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It's a great place to relax and admire the views. The narrow lanes can be a bit daunting, but it's well worth it to arrive at somewhere that is so peaceful and beautiful. The owner has thought of everything, right down providing a pint of milk and a packet of biscuits, just in case you forget to pick them up on your way there. I really liked this place and at the end of the day, there was nothing more cosy than snuggling up on the sofa in front of a roaring log fire with a nice glass of wine soaking in the peace and quiet. I'm looking forward to a return visit."
