With plenty of space, this cottage is a great location for a family holiday. This holiday cottage sleeps 6 in three bedrooms plus there is a single occasional use sofa bed in the lounge so you can sleep 7 if you have an extra guest. Equally cosy for a couple or a larger family there is lots of downstairs space and two different dining areas.

It has three bedrooms, a shower room upstairs and a separate WC downstairs, along with with with a brand new fitted kitchen (February 2020) with dishwasher and washing machine with a dining area for six, and the sitting room with a woodburning stove with a wooden floor and sofas.

The conservatory has a second dining area and a seating area with views across the countryside and far-reaching views across Start Bay. There is also a second woodstove to keep you warm in the evening. (NB the conservatory is a seasonal room as is the nature of conservatories)

On the first floor, the landing leads outside to an enclosed gated seating area with table and chairs - which enjoys views across the countryside, and there are woodland walks around the gardens.

Three bedrooms one with a king sized bed with views across Start Bay with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. A second twin room with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Plus a third bunk room with 2 x 2ft 6 wide bunk beds and a chest of drawers in the bunk bedroom. (NB the bunk beds are full length but there is no overhang at the end so may not be suitable for anyone that is very tall!)

The bunk bedroom also has a TV with a DVD player and makes a great den for the children to watch TV! 

There are extensive woodlands and gardens to explore in all about 6 acres. This cottage offers direct access to a footpath that leads to the South West Coast Path and to the beach at North Hallsands.
